When I was a young man I felt insecure and lost. I tried different workout programs but was never happy with the way I looked and what I thought about myself. It got to the point where I almost gave up and accepted that this was the reality and the way I had to live my life. that moment of doubt and darkness was one of the lowest point in my life until one night of self reflecting I said NO. I spent the rest of that night researching for countless hours on fitness, nutrition, and mental health. from that point on I became obsessed with creating the best vision of myself. I would wake up before school to workout and prep meals for the day. I would hit my macro perfectly day in and day out and put my heart and soul into every lift. I changed the way I thought and programed myself to become an individual that would stop at nothing to achieve my goals physically and mentally. more than 10 years later I have done what I once thought was possible over and over again. Now I strive to help people who are in the same position I was once in.
